Centred with an oval mixed cut sapphire in a claw setting, surrounded by round Old European cut diamonds in grain and claw settings, to a marquise cluster with curving claws,l finely pierced gallery and flanked to either side with trumpeting ribbed shoulders which terminate to a solid shank.
