1899 double heart diamond and sapphire ring in 18kt yellow gold. Centred with two puffy heart motifs, one centred with a cushion shape old cut diamond in a five rayed star setting, the other centred with a cushion shape mixed cut sapphire in a five rayed star setting, flanked to either side with split trumpeting shoulders terminating to tri-ribbed details before smoothing to a solid shank. Hallmarked 18kt gold, Chester, 1899.
