1950s Aquamarine & Diamond Bow Brooch

1950s aquamarine and diamond bow brooch in 18kt white gold and platinum. Set with two asymmetric fancy step cut aquamarines in claw settings, centrally connected with two vertical rows of round old cut diamonds in grain settings, further enhanced to top and bottom with diamond set ribbon motifs, to a dazzling bow motif with curving claws and polished borders, fitted to the reverse with a secure hinged pin and safety latch. Marked 18kt gold.
