Set with an estimated 0.90ct round Old European cut diamond in a raised platinum claw setting, adjacently set with a cushion shape mixed cut ruby in a raised claw setting, to a two stone design with curving claws, intricately pierced collets and swirling diamond set shoulders which terminate to a solid shank.
