Centred with an oval cabochon cut star sapphire in a claw setting, surrounded and flanked by round eight cut and rectangular baguette cut diamonds in grain and rubover settings, to a stylised cluster design with bespoke settings, openwork gallery and slightly trumpeting shoulders which smooth to a solid shank.
