Antique ruby and diamond three stone carved ring in 18kt yellow gold. Centrally set with a cushion shape mixed cut ruby in a claw setting, flanked by two round Old European cut diamonds in claw settings, highlighted with four rose cut diamonds in grain settings, to a three stone design with bespoke settings, carved scrolling gallery and shoulders which terminate to a solid shank. Estimated total diamond weight 0.90cts. Marked 18kt gold.
