Antique ruby and diamond three stone carved ring in 18kt yellow gold. Set across the finger with three cushion shape mixed cut rubies in claw settings, alternating with four vertically set round eight cut diamonds, to a three stone design with curving claws, carved and scrolling gallery and trumpeting shoulders which smooth to a solid shank. Ring has been reshanked in the 1970s. Hallmarked 18kt gold, London, 1974.
