Centrally set with a round Old European cut diamond in a millegrain setting, set to the cross section with four round Old European cut diamonds in millegrain settings, further highlighted by eight old cut diamonds in grain settings, to a round cluster with openwork details, millegrain borders and pierced gallery, flanked to either side with raised inwardly tapered tapering shoulders which continue to a solid shank. Estimated total diamond weight 0.69cts. Marked platinum.
