Set to the centre with a round Old European cut diamond in a rubover setting, flanked by two round Old European cut diamonds in rubover settings, surrounded by round old cut diamonds in grain settings and embellished with six radiating rows of calibre cut sapphires in channel settings, to a bombe cluster design with millegrain decoration and subtle open gallery, met to either side with integrated shoulders which curve to a solid shank.
