Centrally set with a round Old European cut diamond in a millegrain setting, surrounded by twelve round Old European cut diamonds in grain settings, to a fancy cluster design with pierced openwork terminals, millegrain framing and openwork gallery supported by fine cheniers, flanked to either side with slim shoulders which curve to a solid shank. Marked platinum.
