Vertically set to the centre with two round Old European cut diamonds in square collet settings, further highlighted by ten eight cut diamonds in grain settings, to a smooth cluster design featuring openwork details, ribbed ridges in relief, millegrain decoration and pierced gallery, the decorated shoulders taper to incised terminals before continuing to a smooth shank.
