Centred with two round transitional cut diamonds in millegrain settings, set to either side with two round mixed cut emeralds in millegrain settings, surrounded by round transitional cut diamonds in grain settings and highlighted by four round mixed cut emeralds in grain settings, to a rectangular plaque brooch with pierced openwork, millegrain borders and fitted to the reverse with a hinged pin and safety barrel clasp.
