Centred with an estimated 0.70ct octagonal emerald cut emerald in a millegrain setting, bordered by a row of round brilliant cut diamonds in grain settings, to a geometric cluster design with millegrain borders, pierced open gallery and flanked by two rectangular baguette cut diamonds in millegrain settings which smooth to a slim shank.
