Centred with an octagonal emerald cut sapphire in a rubover setting, flanked by two tapered step cut sapphires in rubover settings, bordered by a row of round grain set diamonds, to a bold cluster design with millegrain decoration, chenier detailed open gallery and trumpeting shoulders which smooth to a solid shank.
