Centrally set with a round mixed cut ruby in a rubover setting, flanked and set to top with three drop shape cabochon opals in fine rubover settings, to a decorative flower motif, emerging from four curling leaves with ribbed texture and fitted to the reverse with a secure hinged pin and C-scroll. Marked 15kt gold.
