Set with an elongated cushion shape moonstone in a fine grain setting, bordered by an alternating frame of cushion shape mixed cut rubies and cushion shape eight cut diamonds in grain settings, to an eleganyt cluster design with subtle scalloped edges, pierced open gallery and flanked by trumpeting openwork shoulders featuring elaborately carved details before smoothing to a slim shank. Hallmarked 18kt gold, French.
