Centrally set with an oval mixed cut ruby in a four claw setting, framed by a row of round brilliant cut diamonds in claw settings, to an oval cluster design with curving claws, raised open wirework gallery, flanked to either side with raised inwardly tapering shoulders supported by decorative cheniers before flowing to a solid shank. Marked 18kt gold.
