Edwardian diamond solitaire carved engagement ring in 18kt yellow gold. Set with an estimated 0.25ct round brilliant cut diamond in a claw setting, to a fancy solitaire design featuring intricately carved claws with incised details, a subtle ribbed gallery and flanked to either side with carved shoulders accented with scrolling motifs, terminating to a smooth solid shank. Hallmarked 18kt gold, Birmingham, 1911.
