Centred with an oval mixed cut sapphire with no indication of heat treatment in a platinum millegrain setting, encircled by two rows of round old cut diamonds in grain settings, to an elegant oval cluster ring featuring terraced borders, millegrain frames and pierced scalloped gallery, flanked by fine fleur-de-lis shoulders which join to a finely ribbed solid shank.
