Centrally set with an estimated 1.30ct cushion shape mixed cut sapphire in a millegrain setting, surrounded by cushion shape Old Mine cut diamonds in grain settings, to a horizontally set navette cluster design with subtle scalloped edges and sweeping pierced open gallery, flanked to either side with inwardly tapering shoulders which flow to a solid shank.
