Diagonally set with a row with eight round brilliant cut diamonds in channel settings, further decorated with four diagonal rows of eighteen square step cut sapphires in channel settings, to a hexagonal signet ring with polished settings and gallery, the integrated geometric shoulders feature ridged edges that terminate to a solid shank. Marked 18kt gold. Numbered '820'.
