Two heart motifs, each centrally set with an oval mixed cut ruby in claw settings, surrounded by cushion shape Old Mine cut diamonds in claw and grain settings, to a double cluster design with polished gallery and flanked to either side with broad trumpeting shoulders featuring ribbed engraving before smoothing to a solid shank.
