Vintage 7ct aquamarine and diamond dress ring in 18kt white gold. Centrally set with an estimated 7.00ct octagonal step cut aquamarine in a raised four claw setting, flanked to either side with four vertically set round old cut diamonds in circular collets, to a striking cocktail ring design with curving claws, structured gallery and raised shoulders which sweep to a solid shank. Marked 18kt gold.
