Centrally set with a round Old cut diamond in a grain setting, further decorated with six old cut diamonds in grain settings, to a truncated marquise plaque with a millegrain border, raised above an intricate cross hatching gallery and met to either side with trumpeting open wirework shoulders which join to a ribbed shank. Estimated total diamond weight 0.60cts. Hallmarked 18kt gold.
