Vintage Italian lapis lazuli and diamond cocktail ring in 18kt white gold. An openwork design consisting of three carved lapis lazuli in rubover settings, each bordered with a row of round brilliant cut diamonds in grain settings, to an interesting staggered open armed design with polished sides and shoulders which join to a solid shank. Hallmarked 18kt gold.
