Centrally set with a round brilliant cut diamond in a subtle millegrain setting, surrounded and flanked by round eight cut diamonds in in grain and rubover settings, to a stylish cluster design with pierced openwork, polished terminals and sweeping gallery, met to either side with raised trumpeting shoulders which flow to a solid shank.
