Centred with a round mixed cut ruby in a raised four claw setting, encircled by a row of round brilliant cut diamonds in claw settings, further enhanced by a row of round mixed cut rubies in claw settings and highlighted with an additional row of of round brilliant cut diamonds in claw settings, to a vertical cluster design with curving claws, openwork gallery and met to either side with split shoulders that smooth to an incised shank.
