Centred with an oval cabochon cut turquoise in a split claw setting flanked to either side with six flaring rows of round brilliant cut diamonds in grain settings, to a flamboyant dress ring design with widely split claws, structured openwork gallery and highlighted by fancy shoulders which terminate and smooth to a solid shank. Hallmarked 18kt gold, Italian.
